    Since its foundation, CIV & CIV has promoted the spread of DOC varieties in the Provinces of Modena and Bologna in the vineyards of its members. These varieties are considered indispensable for obtaining wines with great personality and character.

    Today the homonymous Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC, Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, Lambrusco Salamino DOC, Reno DOC Pignoletto and Montuni varieties represent the majority of the grapes delivered by our members to the four wineries, each of which is located in the heart of a DOC production area.
